| Abstract: | We relate networks of intertwining operators of quantum toroidal algebras to partition functions of gauge theories in omega-backgrounds. The gauge theories live on subspaces of certain toric Calabi-Yau three-folds times a "time" circle. This construction gives an interesting perspective both on the gauge theories and on the general algebraic framework of the AGT relations. We illustrate our approach by studying a class of 3d N=2 theories obtained from the intertwiners of particular class of representations of the quantum toroidal algebra associated to gl(1).= |
