Title: Ruan's conjecture and integral structures in quantum cohomology
Date (JST): Mon, Feb 21, 2011, 14:00 - 17:00
Place: Seminar Room A
Abstract: Ruan's conjecture says that quantum cohomology of different varieties in a "crepant" relationship are connected by analytic continuation in quantum parameters.
In this talk, following arXiv:0809.2749, I will talk about my understanding of Ruan's conjecture from a Hodge theoretic point of view and explain that one can formulate it functorially using the Gamma-integral structure (arXiv:0903.1463).
This view originates from joint work with Coates and Tseng (arXiv:0611550).
If time permits, I will also mention to a recent progress on LG/CY correspondence by Chiodo-Ruan (and myself).
