Title: On solutions to Walcher's extended holomorphic anomaly equation
Abstract: Bershadsky-Cecotti-Ooguri-Vafa's (BOCV's) holomorphic anomaly equation is a partial differential equation satisfied by the higher genus B-model topological string amplitude. A solution to this equation is expressed in terms of Feynman diagrams up to holomorphic ambiguity. Yamaguchi and Yau showed that the solution is a polynomial in a finite number of generators in the case of the mirror quintic.

On the other hand, BCOV's holomorphic anomlay equation has been extended to the open string by Walcher in 2007. In this talk, I will explain the result that a similar polynomiality also holds for his equation. This is the joint work with Satoshi Minabe. The result was also proved independently by Alim and Laenge.
