Title: Cohomological Fourier-Mukai transforms of abelian varieties
Date (JST): Thu, May 14, 2015, 15:30 - 17:00
Place: Seminar Room A
Abstract: The notion of Fourier-Mukai transform for abelian varieties was introduced by Mukai in early 1980s. Since then Fourier-Mukai theory turned out to be extremely successful in studying stable sheaves and complexes of them, and also their moduli spaces. The induced cohomological transform is crucial in these studies. In this talk, I will first recall some of the useful notions in this subject and then construct a useful representation of it. If time permits I will explain how this is related to Bridgeland stability and also to generic vanishing theorems.
