Abstract: This talk will continue the story began in the colloquium. I will briefly describe physics and numerics that go into simulating reionization (with a heavy use of the "c-word"), expand on the comparison with various observational constraints, and will end with several examples of where the simulations currently fail - not as self-flagellation, but to show the richness of physics the future data from JWST, ALMA, and 30-meter class telescopes will uncover, from the pre-enrichment of the IGM by PopIII stars to dynamics of dust formation and evolution in the ISM.
