Abstract: The transformation from star-forming to quiescent galaxies is called the 'quenching' of galaxies. One of the big questions in the field of galaxy formation and evolution is what physical processes drive this galaxy quenching. Star-formation history and gas properties of quiescent galaxies are important for constraining quenching mechanisms. In order to probe these physical quantities, multi-wavelength observations from optical to radio are required. I will introduce our recent work on quiescent galaxies at high redshift using multi-wavelength data and talk about prospects on this topic with upcoming/future instruments, such as Subaru/PFS.
