Title: Exoflops and derived categories
Date (JST): Tue, Apr 16, 2024, 13:30 - 15:00
Place: Seminar Room A
Abstract: In this talk, we will examine exoflops and their use in studying derived categories of complete intersections in toric varieties. Exoflops can be used to establish equivalences between such derived categories, and the first part of the talk will be an illustration of this concept on an example coming from Mirror Symmetry. In the second part of the talk, I will discuss how to extend these methods to the cases of singular complete intersections to obtain categorical resolutions.
