| Abstract: | In this talk I will explain an observation connecting modular invariant modules of a vertex operator algebra (VOA) and geometry of fixed manifolds of Higgs bundles on a punctured Riemann surface. Physically, these VOAs and Higgs bundles are from Higgs or Coulomb branch moduli space of 4d class-S theories. If time permits, I will also explain a way to read the associated variety of a VOA from its corresponding Higgs bundle. |
