Abstract: |
In this presentation, I will introduce a complete calibration analysis of the tomographic redshift distributions from the Hyper Suprime Camera Subaru Strategic Program (HSC-SSP) Shape Catalog with data from the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument. This is particularly relevant in the context of future re-analysis of weak lensing cosmological inference. We calibrate all four tomographic bins of the HSC catalog using DESI Data Release 1 and 2, with the clustering redshifts technique. We include z>1.2 redshift sources such as emission line galaxies (ELG) and quasars (QSO) sources from DESI DR2 in our calibration: such high-redshift spectroscopic sources were not available in the first calibration of the tomographic distributions, performed in arXiv:2211.16516, therefore allowing to complete the calibrations on the two higher redshift bins.
