I will start my presentation with a brief history of cosmology, giving an historical perspective. I will discuss the current 3D mapping of the universe with galaxy redshift surveys, and present the recent results indicating a possible evidence of an evolving Dark Energy.I will then discuss the motivation of the Stage-V spectroscopic surveys, the recent technology development at EPFL in preparation of future stage-V surveys, and the Stage-V projects in which EPFL is contributing. To finish, I will present 'Cosmos Archeology' an art/science exhibition that was showed in Switzerland and China.
