Title: Model Discrimination at the LHC
Date (JST): Thu, Dec 22, 2011, 13:30 - 14:30
Place: Seminar Room B
Abstract: There are many methods proposed to study physics beyond the standard model (BSM) at the LHC and some of them require large number of BSM events. Unfortunately, LHC has not seen significant anomalies for BSM. So we can not expect so much statistics for BSM events, even if the LHC finds something finally. In this talk, I discuss the model discrimination at the early stage after discovery.
