N=2 supersymmetric gauge theories can be obtained by wrapping M5-branes on a
punctured Riemann surface.
We explain that Nekrasov's instaton partition function of them computes the
conformal blocks of the Virasoro algebra
for the same Riemann surface, and that the partition function on S4 gives
the Liouville correlators.
