Title:	Categorical approach to discrete harmonic analysis

Abstract:	We show how the problem of finding the local systems on graphs with given dimension of the kernel for discrete Laplace operator leads to noncommutative blow-down and semiorthogonal decompositions of derived categories. We will also describe an interpretation in terms critical points of appropriate functions.
