Abstract: Deformed special geometry describes a modification of special geometry that allows for the incorporation of non-holomorphic terms.
We first show how deformed special geometry encodes the holomorphic anomaly equation of perturbative topological string theory.
We then turn to a specific model with exact duality symmetries, the STU model. These symmetries lead to a set of differential equations, which we solve.
We exhibit two solutions: a non-holomorphic one, which is in agreement with perturbative topological string theory, and a holomorphic one that contains non-perturbative information.
