Abstract: |
The world only electron-proton collider HERA was closed in July 2007 after 15 years of its operation.
With its uniqueness as an ep collider, HERA offered a great opportunity to study structure of matters and their interaction.
Especially, HERA has played a crucial role in the understanding of the proton structure with the advantage of the large kinematic coverage, which is not accessible before HERA.
The measurements of proton structure functions at HERA reveal success of pertuabative-QCD with gluons and quarks.
Before its end, HERA dedicated its last 4 months for FL measurement and was operated with lowered proton beam energies.
The results on the proton structure from HERA will be presented.
