Abstract: The isocurvature fluctuations during inflation are disucssed and classified by the range of isocurvaton mass:
(1) The heavy fields (M>>H) decouple at tree level perturbation theory.
However, at one loop level those fields do not decouple. As a result, inflation becomes UV sensitive.
(2) The quasi-heavy fields (M~H) could show up in perturbations but not in the background level. As a result, inflation becomes quasi-single field and large non-Gaussanities could arise.
(3) The light fields are best studied in the literature. Here we emphasize one possibility that the classical inflationary trajectory
could bifurcate. This provides a constraint on inflation happening on a complicated landscape.
