Abstract: The large-scale structure (LSS) of the universe provides useful information for cosmology. The perturbation theory for the density fluctuations is a promising tool for theoretical analysis of the LSS. In this talk, the traditional perturbation theory for density fluctuations is extended to simultaneously include the observational effects of generally nonlocal bias, redshift-space distortions and primordial non-Gaussianity. The treatment of these effects are the most general ones. The relation between scale-dependent bias and primoridal non-Gaussianity is most accurately derived in this framework.
